With the placement of the order the ordering party agrees with these Terms and Conditions and accepts to be bound by them.

Artworks
With the placement of the order the ordering party expressly acknowledges that the quality of the artworks depends on the material specified on the website and that due to the production and printing methods, minor variations in color, format and in the quality of the paper, fabric and surface may occur compared to the samples displayed on the website. With the placement of the order the ordering party also expressly acknowledges that the artworks will inevitably be subject to a product-specific and natural change which may be accelerated by environmental impacts and inappropriate storage or care. These minor variations and/or these changes do not affect the fact that the artworks are consistent with the terms of the contract and, especially, do not render the artworks defective.

Delivery
Artworks will normally be shipped within 7 days from the date in which payment was received. During busy times artworks will be shipped within three weeks from the date in which payment was received.

Return policy
You can return any artworks acquired within two weeks of arrival for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Artworks are returned at the ordering party's risk. If you return the artworks in damaged condition, you will be required to provide compensation of equivalent worth. Artworks should only be returned in the original packaging they were sent in, using all the protective materials. Please call us or send us an email before returning any artwork. Order policy
By placing an order on this web site you are making an offer which, if accepted by us, will constitute a binding agreement between us. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order you submit. Your order is accepted if and when goods are shipped. A confirmation Email or online payment proceeding is not an order confirmation. PH74 LTD reserves the right to cancel an order and to refund a payment made. All Goods are subject to availability. In the event that your ordered goods are not available we will notify you and no payment will be taken or if we have already taken payment from your card, notify you and credit your card with the sum that we have taken.

Title
PH74 LTD shall retain title to the delivered artworks until full payment has been made.

Taxes and Duties
The prices appearing in the website are inclusive of European Union taxes. Orders made from outside the European Union may be subject to local tax and duties. These taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Ph74 LTD will not assume responsibility for informing our customers of the taxes or duties applicable in their country. We encourage our customers to contact their local customs and tax department to know the nature of these duties.

Privacy
At PH74 LTD, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you only to process your orders.

Color accuracy
There may be small variations between the colours displayed on your computer screen and the colour on the real print. This is due to the different screen calibration and lighting conditions. All prints have been either printed by the artists or by a craftsperson master supervised by the artist. The colours of the print are always the true colours of the artwork.

Place of performance, jurisdiction and applicable law
Sole place of performance and place of jurisdiction shall be London, United Kingdom. All orders to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Sole Place of jurisdiction is London, United Kingdom. Should any of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms hereof.
